Classes are suitable for beginners and advanced students who are looking to further their skills and work with other artists.

Students are taught how to understand and use tone and colour and how to paint from observation  and the world around them. They are encouraged to work with the fundamentals of painting to use skills with best practice in using a range of materials from oil, acrylic, gouache, pastel or watercolour.

Technical work is based in studio with the option of working on the deck overlooking the lake or around the garden grounds and orchard.

Pastel Painting & Drawing Workshops with MERVYN HANNAN are held periodically.
